Expert Witness We can help you win your court case. We prepare detailed reports that usually include photographs. The reports are professionally done and are easy to understand. We want the judge to understand what the problem is. The cost of the report is based upon the number of hours it is going to take to complete the report. We also take the report to a certified public accountant and have my signature certified. This is very important to do. If it is not done the judge will throw the report out. State licensed and certified home inspectors carry a lot of weight in a court of law. If need be we will accompany you to court and testify on your behalf. Our hourly rate for court appearances is $125.00 per hour. Many times when the report is introduced to your opponent and their attorney as evidence, they are quick to settle. This is why a report made up and introduced by a state licensed home inspector can be very effective. I seldom go to court. The report usually does the trick. However you must have a case, if you have been wronged we will support you 100%. If you do not have a case we are not interested in wasting your time and money. We have enough experience to make a decision as to whether you have a case or you don’t have a case. We are not like attorneys that take cases just to line their pockets with your money.
