Commercial and Industrial Inspections Very few home inspectors are qualified to do commercial and industrial inspections. With 30 years of construction experience I feel I can do a very good job of inspecting commercial or industrial property. Whether it is a service station or a convenience store, I can inspect it. I can also inspect various types of equipment, such as refrigeration units, air compressors, wood working equipment, fork lifts, motors, assembly lines; I do not inspect elevators, or motor vehicles.
